Where is your
money going?
The sole purpose of the
Zachary Foundation is to
raise money for
Mitochondrial disease
research.  The Zachary
foundation does not
benefit any individual and
will not have any assets.  
All money from fund
raising activities less
applicable expenses will
be donated either to the
United Mitochondrial
Disease foundation
(UMDF) or to physicians
doing work on Pyruvate
Dehydrogenase
deficiency.  If you have any
